WHAT IS E-GOVERNANCE?

“An interconnected e-governance ecosystem”

E-governance is a system that supports the development, planning, and implementation of national projects through the use of technology. It aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in governance, planning, and decision-making processes by streamlining and automating existing practices, processes, and human interactions. By doing so, e-governance helps to save time, reduce human effort, and reduce costs, ultimately leading to better outcomes for society.

Government to Government (G2G)

Government-to-government (G2G) refers to the exchange of data and electronic communication between government agencies, both within a single agency (intra-agency) and between different agencies (inter-agency) at the national level, as well as between federal, provincial, and local levels.

Government-to-Citizen (G2B)

Government-to-business (G2B) refers to
electronic transactions and interactions between government and businesses, such as payments, sales and purchases of goods and services, and the provision of digitalized services.

Government-to-Business (G2C)

Government-to-citizen (G2C) refers to initiatives that allow for communication and interaction between the government and its citizens, including the delivery of public services and citizen involvement in the consultation and decision-making process.

E-governance plays a crucial role in
modernizing the public sector globally, but it also presents cyber security challenges such as identity theft, data breaches, and privacy violations. To address these risks, our services follow a secure by design approach, using confidentiality, honesty, and accessibility as guiding principles to ensure secure, detect, and respond capabilities.

GOVERNANCE INTERNAL PROCESSES

Our consultancy firm specializes in e-Governance helps governments
improve their operations by examining the most efficient methods for collecting, analyzing, and distributing information. We aim to assist in the implementation of effective practices and management strategies.

Once processes have been streamlined, we work to ensure that data from various sources is consolidated into a single database. This data is then used for multiple analyses, which aid in the planning efforts of all levels of government organizations.

This also involves collecting data from various sources and making it available for internal use and analysis by various users. This data can be used for a range of applications and to produce results at the national, city, and local levels, such as population data for city planning and service provision.

The collected data is then utilized to develop various public services, such as rationalizing health, education, and retirement benefits.
